I would like to ask for a refund

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • The bundle was not purchased during the presale period.
  • None of the items have been revealed.
  • The request is made while the bundle is still available for purchase.

And for the following reasons only:

  • Duplicate purchases.
  • System errors (e.g. you were charged twice).
  • False advertising.

If you only want Steam keys, please check that the bundle has them before buying. Accidentally buying a bundle without keys is not a valid reason for a refund.

If approved, the refund will be made in 7-30 days.
