Unfortunately, we cannot replace used keys that had the state "potentially not revealed" at time of trading. Please contact your trading partner by leaving a comment on the trade reviews section on their profile or attempt to find them on chat.
If the key you traded for had the state of "not revealed", please contact support to see if you can get a replacement key.
